Default Bench harness for OBD1

For whatever reason I'm having issues programming from inside the car perhaps from voltage variation or a loose ground, I'm not entirely sure. Anyway, so I'm wanting to build a bench wiring harness for my '94 camaro, and am not entirely sure if there is a build that others have done that I could reference, search didn't turn up much. Looking at the connections on shbox's website it looks like there are essential connections on each of the four connectors to the pcm. I'm not sure if all the grounds are needed just for tuning or if one would be adequate along with the serial data port and of course power wiring. Any ideas?

You only need the PCM Ignition Feed, PCM Battery Feed, PCM Ground, and Serial Data on the blue and black connectors.

Ok Cool. So is the pcm ignition feed simply 12v?
