12 Second Club - Getting closer to 11's but not quite there. M6 H/C

conditions were good but I was only able to get 3 runs in 4 hours due to all of the "junkyard builds" leaking fluids all over the track and holding everything up. :eyes:

Street tires ????? Or easy launch so as to not break anything ????

I'm guessing easy launch. With #s in my sig and stock 3.42 gear in the 10 bolt I ran damn near the same ET and trap speed, with a 2.0 60' as well. I drove to the track and had every intention of driving back home. Once my break in is done on my MWC 9" I'm hoping for mid - low 11s out of this bucket.

I feel your pain dude. So close to 11's but just didn't want to break. Definitely flying through the trap though.

MPH is there, you definitely need to drop that 60' though! If ya wanna know why your still in the 12's there's your answer. How is your shifting? What tires/susp setup?

Heat those street tire up more and try to get a 1.9-1.8 60ft in u will b in the 11's !

it says he has a 12 bolt with 4.10s ,op are you on street tires? launching like a grandma ?lol i agree with the others its all in your 60, i think you need a lil more work launching the car,or you need to get some drs bad, more info on your setup

I'm on bald Nitto555's on stock wheels. I definately need to get my 60' below 2.0. It drives me crazy when I launch semi-aggresive and it starts to wheel hop. At that point it's not even worth going wot because I know it's gonna be a slow pass.
What kind of burnout is everyone doing with Nitto's?

555R or 555 street tires?

When I had the 555R they would hook well if you burned the ever living shit out of them. If you have the 555 street tires you might just be out of luck.

street tires. they definately hook better than any other street tire I have ever used.

Bald Nitto's r worse than street tires !!!! I had them on my last 02 SS and did a small burn out nothing crazy and cut 1.6's w/ just a bolt on car !!!

My 555R hooked the same from the day I put them on to the day the cords started showing in the middle.

Yup mine are damn near bald and still hook just as well too.
