Show Me Your Corbeau Seats...
I'm 6'4" and really don't like the look/feel of the OE seats. I have a dealer account with Corbeau through my work, so I'm looking at some new seats. I'm thinking LG-1's or A4's, leather or suede, probably black. Looking for photos of any Corbeau seats in a 4th Gen Trans Am. Thanks!

I have some A4s in my 99 TA and am about 1/2" shorter than you. I enjoy the fit, but much of the fit depends on your weight. I have the standard width am about 205 lbs with a 36/38 waist. It is snug, and would suck if I gained more weight, good incentive to keep fit! I recommend sitting in installed seats prior to ordering.
I will try to get you some pics later in the week when it stops raining.

I'm 208 lbs, 34" waist. We have some sitting around work and both are very comfortable - so it's a tough decision. I think either way I will be happy. Looking forward to seeing the shots. Thanks much!

A big reason I am looking in to new seats as well is that my g/f's back hurts her every time we cruise in the car (Mine too though). I want seats that are going to be comfortable. I need a seat that reclines as well (AG1, LG1, etc.). Those FX1's look thin? What's the reason your g/f doesn't like 'em?

I have the leather Corbeaus CR1s in my Formula.
I am 6'1" and these sat higher than stock. I managed to modify the Corbeau bracket on the driver side to lower it 1/2 - 3/4". With my helmet on it gets a little close to the T roof. Other than that i love them. I have a bad back and got them with the lumber and they work out pretty good. Not sure I would want to do 12 hours in it like I have in my Magnum though.

Several pics for you here

Not sure I would pick the A4 specifically for back pain relief though. I like mine, but can say there is much lumbar support, and even with a reclining mechanism, they get rough on my annual 350 mile each way trip.

Have A4s in my vette. They are rather slim and any trip father than 2 hours I need to take a break and walk.
CR1s for my elcamino are wider and more comfortable but do not hug as well (29in waist)

I am seriously thinking about ordering the GTS II seats which have the adjustable head rest. At 6'7" I need that! I also need the driver's seat mounted as low and far back as possible. Might have to make my own bracket
