Florida Members - Hoping to find my 99 Trans Am I traded in Florida

I traded in a 99 Trans Am to Don Mealey Chevrolet in Clermont Florida back in December of 2011 and they sold it in January. I regretted it the moment I signed the paperwork and was working to buy it back from them but they sold it before I could work out the financial arrangements. Lot of sentimental value in the car so I'm curious if anyone has an idea on how to go about finding/contacting the current owner? (Or hoping I might get lucky and they'll see this thread).

I don't want to harass anyone but I'd like to send a letter/email to the current owner and at least let them know I'd like to have it back if they sell in the future even if they aren't possibly interested in selling it back to me now.

Any thoughts?

I traded my formy away 2 years ago for my dd truck...I was in the same boat where I regretted it as soon as I signed the title..I told the guy if he ever wants to sell it to give me first dibs on it but he gave it to his daughter for her 16th birthday...(lucky b*tch)....well time came that I could afford a summer toy again so I was looking for a replacement and when I typed in firebird on craigslist it was for sale. I knew it was mine because there are only 44 of them....I was shaking from excitement and fear that he had already sold it ( I told him I have the cas and not to sell before I could come get it)..picked it up a couple days later...I hope you get as lucky as I did. Great story thats cool, I too have hoped for that, had a Monte SS I regreted selling, when it poped in the paper I was first to call, told him I'd come next morning, it was 9 pm, someone came that night bought it in garage at 1030 at night, have not seen since:bang: Now I got the WS6:corn:

Question. I might have seen it. Did the front bumper have too tares under the cover that got patched? drilled and slotted rotors?

Nevermind, that one had the WS6 hood and It was stripped and parted out recently buy a shop that wanted the motor for a 240z
