rear pass wheel movement?

rear pass wheel movement? Today I did my brakes and noticed the pass side rear wheel, after lug nuts tight and tire still off ground I could pull push the wheel/tire away from axle and there was a good amount of play in my opinion, maybe quarter of an in or more, is there normal? Car is 99 z28 with 6spd
