Built LQ4-Will it handle 20#+?
I have a fully built LQ4 with a GT-91 and ran 20#'s of boost on it this weekend and performed great, does anyone know of people running this block with higher boost? Most mods are in sig

I am not sure but I just watched the whole video and that thing is sick. I noticed that you just shifted when you hit the rev limiter. lol I do the same thing. Hope it isn't too hard on them. Where were you shifting at?

Yeah it wasent intentional, my primary focus was on the arf gauge and normally i catch the shift light out the corner of my eye, but it was daylight outside so it didnt catch my eye as well as it did in the night.... I changed the rev limiter after the second run when i realized it was set at 6500, i thought it was just tacking up real fast with the added boost on the first run..... Thanks! I wanna push it harder in my mind but then again im satisfied & i can prolly get better results outta 20#'s

with the rotating assembly you have i don't see why 20lbs would be a problem. AutomagicLS1 ran 27lbs on his 347 with a GT88.

Wow! 6500 and still running 9.5's. That is amazing! I saw all the cars (race cars) you chased down. I am sure that caught them off guard. Whatever you do, please continue to post your results as you up boost, timing, etc... Cool truck build to follow.

I have no clue lol but it felt good! Never been on a dyno.... First vehicle to ever tune too lol
Its funny cause id sit on the tbrake for about 4 seconds or so building boost and reel em in!
