gto 243s valve seal????

my 243 out a gto with a 6 liter are off to get milled and valve job.I was wanting to order new valve seals but dont know witch ones it takes top hats or the cups..anyone know the seals i need???

Im running the cups on my 799s. They are the ones that came with my PRC springs. It may depend on what springs you are running, since the top hats were the ones that came off.

Isn't the Machine shop building the heads? Seems like I would let them install them.
