Definitely wasn't expecting it to be that close.

It's a weird feeling looking the opposite direction going 140+ lol.

Ha, LOVE the unexpected races. Had those quite a few times with my bolt-on LT1 vs bolt-on LS1's looking over at 100+mph thinking, , my car is still faring well?!

Nice daytime footage, id have to throw myself off of a bridge if my v8 car sported a single exhaust tip! LoL....

Really I've never seen that happen lol. All my friends have had lt1's and a couple still do. I have never seen an lt1 keep up with an ls1 passed 40 mph unless the lt1 has wayyyy more mods. My stock ls1 raped my hot cammed 93 z28 and my buddies full bolt-on lt1 camaro.

buddies full bolton lt1 m6 stayed besid my car when it was stock until about 80 then i started pulling

I've saw a full bolt on LT1 TA run right with a Full Bolt on LS1 from 20 - 100 with the SS slowly creeping away in 4th. LT1 had a little better driver though.

I take it you have a 4" cat back and ypipe. I never understood why gm put a Y pipe in the f-bodie then give it the cosmetic dual exhaust.
