references to a 99 model. should fit 99-02. front plastic is fairly scratched as seen in picture. gauges themselves are in great shape. no faded needled, mounting tabs in tact, no bent pins for harness plug all bulb sockets are installed.
milage unknown. cannot guarantee actual bulbs light up.

it was purchased from a wrecking yard a few years ago. i bought it for a back up, but it was the wrong year. i can guaranttee it not to be DOA. if it doesnt work, i can refund the original purchase price.
i only posted that about the bulbs because i sold a cluster a few years ago on ebay and the buyer wanted to give me negative feedback because a bulb was out after it was installed and he was upset with me.
