What is it Worth? - what should I EXPECT to pay???

gonna be looking soon as Soon as my rcsb sells for a ls1 car with lower miles. I kinda prefer the 98-00 cars since they are cheaper and if I mod it, won't matter anyway. I want to be under 60k miles. I perfer it to be a auto also. I also perfer the z28 and the formula. idk why guess cause I wouldn't fell bad if I swapped the hood or spoiler then lol plus ta's and SS's have a extra big price tag for those extras.


what are these cars going for now? I found a few 98 z28's with 30-40k from 8-12k. is that the normal price? I don't care if it's modded or not.

That range is quite 'normal' but your general question can not be answered that easily. Too many factors in each and every car. A clear title one owner, stock 30,000 miles car will bring top $$ in the lower teens easily. A modded '5-owner' car with 60,000 miles could bring a price under $8,000 as there probably would be too much risk to pay more. You also have Carfax issues and non clear titles to consider along with the obvious condition which can vary greatly. Some cars need brakes, tires, paint, etc.. while others are perfectly maintained and ready to take to car shows as soon as you get the keys. Once you pinpoint something you like and know about, post it up and see what opinions you get. Enjoy the hunt. It can be a lot of fun and don't be afraid to travel to find the right car that fits your budget, even though you should do well right there in the greater Atlanta area.

Yea atlanta, sc, and al all seem to be the best places to find cars and im close to all of them within a hour so no problems there. It must have a clear title and good paint. Im very picky lol.
