12 Second Club - decent running cam only car

Picked up a 00 ws6 last week, took it to beech bend to see how it does.

3000 PTC stall
224/228 .578 114 cam
mac mids(junk), magnaflow
ls6 intake
315/35 nittos

stock everything else. 1.76 60ft and thats no wheelspin, I cant even make it spin

Kind of fun messing with a "slower" car. I'm going to swap longtubes in, some injectors and dyno tune it and shoot for 11.90s. There was a 18mph headwind all day sunday so that hurt me too

Definitely do what you said, get those junk mids off there. That's holding the car back a lot with the 224 cam, those need to breath. I think it would benefit a lot from a higher stall too! Not bad for a baseline though, make some adjustments and get back out to see what it runs.

I enjoy the 3000 stall, this is my daily driver. So i'll leave that alone. If I want to run harder, i'll light off the nitrous kit. haha
I have some grots longtubes I picked up on my way home from the track. I'm pretty sure a dyno tune and longtubes and its a 11.90 car.

man i cant wait tell i put my tci 3000 stall. got the long tubes on an the ls6 intake...thinking of buying a zex wet kit from ws6store.its hard to install?

FWIW dont waste money on the zex kit that has the little box.

Nitrous is easy to install
