I will be tuning the car with the new intake and running through exhaust but I have also installed a 4" cutout 12" past the Flowmaster merge that will only be used at the track. I was going to do a separate tune for this and was also considering using a can of the torco additive to raise the octane for the track also. I could push the octane up to 105 if this would be of any benefit.
I am running a mafless setup.
So my questions are
Should I do a separate tune for the open cutout?
Will raising the octane be of any benefit?
If yes then what should I be looking to change?
