Been toying with the idea of letting my 2001 SOM WS.6 go, and wanted to get an estimate on a possible asking price..

Heres what I got:
2001 Trans Am WS.6
Sunset Orange Metallic/Tan Leather
79k miles on the chassis, MUCH less on mods!

Mods:
SLP Lid/ K&N
Stock MAF
P&P TB
Stock LS6 Intake
FMS 30# Injectors
AFR 205s, (63cc, 11.1:1)
Cometic .040 Head Gaskets
ARP 12 point Head Studs
Comp Cams Adjustable Timing Set (3153KT)
AFR 6016 Cam (224/228 .581/.581 114LSA)
Stock LS1 Shortblock
U/D Pulley
Stock Exhaust Manifolds/Cats
SLP Y Pipe
SLP LM1
Racetronix Plug and Play Fuel pump

FLT Level 3 4L60e, Yank SS3600

UMI:
Poly/Rod LCAs & PHR
Tunnel mounted Torque Arm, w/Drive Shaft Loop
2 Point weld in SFCs

Bolt-in Relocation brackets,
Summit Girdle w/3.73s

"Stock" 00 WS.6 Wheels
Nitto 555s all around (Maybe 4k miles)
275/40-17 Front
Rears are widened to 11” (1" adapter/spacer)
315/35-17 Rear

As far as mileage on parts, heres a rough breakdown:
Shortblock: 20k original miles
AFRs/Cam/Timing Chain/Gaskets/Studs: 6k Miles
Stall/Trans: 4k miles

Engine was bought used, through a very reputable source, and assembled previously by EPP. Also, with full bolt-ons, and ported FAST, it put down 470rwhp through a 6 speed.

Interior, Id give it a 8/10.
Both door panels are cracked, and there is wear on the drivers bolster.

Exterior, Id give it a 7/10
There is some paint damage from the previous owner.

On to some pics:

Other than the very desireable color of the car it is going to be very difficult to find buyers for your modded car, especially with a used engine. Someone is going to have to love what you have done with all those mods. The old adage about getting a percentage of your mods cost back is almost moot in these times. Where do you even start to find a price? I would start with www.kbb.com in 'fair' private party condition and see what basic WS6 cars are going for. Start or ask a few grand higher and see if you get any nibbles. If nothing, then bring it right down to the KBB price. Keep your fingers crossed. A tough sell but maybe that SOM will get you the buyer you want.

What happened to the original motor?

Had a 224R in it previously, with a set of 918s and a spring broke on my way to work.

Have you sold the car yet? And if not can you message me your asking price?

I'm curious as well about a price.
Thanks.
