When I look at this car, the paint isn't in the best condition which makes me question how they've maintained the car. If I feel like biting I WILL have it inspected by a mechanic. But assuming that nothing mechanical is wrong with it, what would you pay for it?

Instead of starting multiple threads, I'll just post two more that I've been looking at.

Narrow it down my friend. After that last disaster of a car you asked about I'm not taking the time to assist unless you are dead serious about getting it. I love helping folks out but not wasting my time. I've learned over the years here that some are just posting car after car with no intentions of buying one. I don't respond to them after I see the pattern. I carefully research each car that is asked about to seriously assist in a purchase. I have the resources and experience to do that. This is big time $$ for many buyers and the worst thing in the world is to buy a 'money pit'. If other posters just spin numbers off the top of their heads, they are not doing you or anyone else any good. I will love to assist you when the time comes.

Oh I'm definetely seioursly interested in all four of these cars. I've been looking for a week and it's been a struggle to find a car that isn't severely over priced or in good condition within a 5 hour drive of me. I was actually about to buy from a member on this site, but the drive got in the way.

Honestly, I have no real preference of any of them. I like the Formulas looks better, and if anyone thinks that the paint can be conditioned and nursed back to a healthy shine with some compounds/wax, AND that it checks out with a mechanic, I'll go with that one. But for all of these, my decision is going to be based off of an assesment of risk/cost. The formula is the cheapest, but it's a bit more risky than the other cars with over 2 years less worth of miles.

I'm just looking for a bit of guidance. This is going to be my first car and I"m definetely not trying to buy it and have to figure out what's wrong with it a month later. My budget is basically the car, fees, gas money for the month, and a bit left over just in case.I guess I"m just looking for some guidance from some of y'all more experienced members. But if you don't mind, maybe I can PM you when I narrow it down to about 2 cars? I don't think I'll ever have just one car that I'm looking at. But I appreciate your effort, it got me out of that last nightmare. Haha

I understand. Best bang for the buck without getting into that 'money pit' of a car. It isn't easy and you are smart to ask. Sure, once you narrow it down, feel free to PM (many have done so and really appreciated it) or you can just post here for others to see. Good luck with the search.
I'm sure you are aware of this but basic search tips should include looking for cars as close to 'stock' as possible. Exhausts or simple things like air lids are fine. Too many mods can mean hard miles. Not always, but a good rule of thumb. 'Stock' usually means 'normal' use, but again, not always. If no maintenance history then a 'stock' car is going to be just as bad or even way worse. Each car will have it's own story and history.
