Default Valve Stem Seals

So I purchased this valve spring kit
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-2500300/

and it came with 16 brown seals. even the parts list it came with say 16 brown seals. Just wondering if this is normal? I thought ususally there are two different colors.

Thanks in advance for the input!

That is a dual spring kit, which will come with its own guide seals because the OEM GM seals will not work with dual springs (only with single beehive springs).

Yes, the OEM valve guide seals are brown (EX) and black (IN), but doubt these aftermarket seals are the same way.

Thanks for the info, makes sense! Hopefully I'll finally have this thing running tonight!

The valve seals that came with my TEA Dual Gold Spring kit came with all the same color seals. Just thought it was normal.
