Default LTFT's High

Last night I got my 98 T/A out of storage. I was really noticing that the car was running like absolute crap below about 3K rpm. So, today I took the car to work (about a 45 min drive) and I put a scanner on it just to see what was up with the tune in it.

Mods:
228R cam (228/228 .588/.588 112 LSA)
PSI 1511ML Springs
Pacesetter LTs
ORY
Hooker Catback
LS6 intake
NX 85mm TB (ran the same with the bone stock one, I tried swapping them last night)
Lid and K&N

My left bank LTFT is like 8.90% and my right bank LTFT is like 11.70% at cruise. I have a terrible surge as well. I can watch my AFR go from 14.6-16.0 with pretty much constant oscillation back and forth. I just got the cam in the car last September and I have had nothing but tune issues with it since. WOT is great though. Car holds 28* of timing with 0 knock counts with 12.9 AFR. Everywhere else is terrible though.

I have no idea where to begin really, but this was the only thing I saw to be really out of the ordinary with the scanner I have. I'm buying HPtuners tonight BTW. I want to try and log this so I can show someone what it's doing. My previous tuner said that every sensor in the car is bad (even though most are new), and that I had multiple vacuum leaks (not true because I can spray carb cleaner all over the top end with absolutely no change in idle).

Any ideas without a log? I'd like to get something figured out with it. I went with the 228R because everyone said how great of a DD cam it was. This buck and surge at cruise is ridiculous! It ran better with the bolt on tune that was in it before.

airflow tables likely need to be modified.

Cool, I'm thinking its VE. The tuner that did it just got in the car and bitched about how everything was bad and never touched anything other than some idle requests and stuff from what I saw.

Could be your VE table needs tune/MAF sensor needs cleaning.
