You wont be able to use your rails, but with these adapters http://www.corvetteinjectors.com/sho...?productid=252 you can use your injectors.

If you remove the plastic tips, they will fit an LS1/6 intake. They will be too short for the LS1 fuel rail to reach. You can use aftermarket rails or the truck rail with custom hold downs.

Can anyone else confirm this? I just bought a LS6 intake on here and need injectors and rails for it. I have two sets of truck injectors laying around I could use, and might buy some FAST fuel rails.

The LS1/6 Injectors are about 3/8" longer than the truck injectors. I put LS1 injectors on my truck intake but had to put spacers between the rail holdowns and the intake. I would absolutley think the truck injectors will not work without some kind of custom fuel rail or holddown.

L59 flex fuel injectors (already have the plastic tip removed) on LS1 intake, aftermarket rails, custom hold downs. I have LQ9 injectors too, they work.

These are the two different sets of injectors I have.

The ones with the larger female end has around 40k on them and the other has 60k

Which ones are you using? Thinking maybe I should just sell both and buy LS1/LS6 injectors but then I would need to buy the connectors to wire into my harness. I have the correct connectors to solder in for either injector I wish to run.

The one on the left looks like a standard injector I had on an 02 LQ9. The one on the right looks like L59 flex fuel injector. I used these on a stock LS1 intake, $99 aftermarket ebay fuel rails, and custom hold downs.

I didnt know there was a difference.

I picked up a 02 ls1 that I got most of my sensors and a ls6 intake. The 02 had thrown a rod so I am picking up a 6.0 this weekend. Will the injectors for the ls1 be to small or big to run on the 6.0? Or is a connection issue?

Not sure for the OP. But for me its more of a concern if I need to buy new injectors and correct injector connector to wire in. I have both injectors pictured above and the connectors and harness to run either one so just curious if they will work with the ls6 intake.

As far as fueling I don't think there would be an issue if everything is stock.

Mine came with the stainless crossover hose, but almost any aftermarket rail should work with modified hold downs. The the truck injectors are shorter, so the rails need to be closer to the intake.

I have the $99 fuel rails. They're ok, but remember that they take ORB fittings and those can get expensive. I went to Napa and bought their hydraulic ORB's and cost was around $45 for 4 fittings. Then $40 for AN fittings for the fuel cross over hose.

I'm just saying although the rails are cheap the accessories add up!
If you can find a way to reuse your rails go for it as long as your staying stockish. And the truck rails have a regulator on them.

Top one is truck, bottom is EV6.

None of you have ever seen the FAST Injector Spacers?

I have them on my LS7 Injectors on my build.

Just got LS1 injectors. Going to go junkyard digging for EV1 connectors before I decide to buy new pigtails to solder in.

Guys think I can get some money outta either of these truck injectors and connectors/pigtails? One set has 60k other around 40k.

I have all 8 connectors.

Second set.

Also have all 8 connectors for these too.

That's them.
Vic Jr and Rail setup designed for normal LS1 Injector..

You can see the spacers. Takes the LS7(or other short Injector) to the height on a LS1 Injector.
