Default how screwed am I? crank pin fail

I was pinning my crank for a supercharger kit and I clearly didn't keep the drill torqued straight and the guide didn't... guide very well. The pin is lose in the hole and doesn't even line up with the pulley. Should i get another pin kit and pin the other side... or is this so bad that i should just forget the supercharger all together and not risk it?

You are not screwed just move to 1 o'clock and 7 o'clock and pin it being careful not to repeat your fubar.

Either get a bigger diameter pin or try again at 180.

??? What kind of clock are you looking at? lol...the fubar'd pin is at 1 o'clock by my eye...so yea, hopping 180 over from that will put you at 7 o'clock and should be fine to re-pin there.

If top of monitor is at 12oclock (as it should be) then the pin is between 12:30 and 1oclock when I look at it. Pin it on the other side will be fine.

Yes, but by the laws of gravity the shavings would fall down to the 6oclock position and not at the 3oclock position as shown above.

Lol...well actually, that's probably the correct way it should load given the post earlier about the shavings defying gravity and falling horizontal...haha...Definitely some good eyes on here..I must be getting older....dangit....
