They have been clearanced to clear bigger valve springs and are in perfect working order. All hardware included. The picture is just off the website.

As of right now they are sold. Guy is supposed to send paypal on monday. If it falls through I will post it here and also PM u 9sectruck. I know they work on the LS2 style heads, I cant speak for LS3 because I have never worked on a set.
