pistons out of the hole .007", cometic .040 gaskets, heads milled .035" the calculator comes out to arounf 11.25:1

i hope she runs 10's.

Don't know. All I know is they have 3.3cc valve reliefs and with my 64 cc chambersand 40thous. Gasket im 11.25:1

What CC's did the intake ports end up at?

No idea they flow 354cfm at 650 lift. The intake port is pretty much un touched besides port match. Pics on page 2
