Item is used but will come with 2 brand new unused mouth pieces. Reason I am selling is because It needs to be calibrated to function fully accurate at all ranges and instead I am going to upgrade to a more expensive model. This still functions accurately up to 0.10 (Legal Limit is 0.08). So if your looking for a accurate cheap breathalyzer to use for knowing if your below the limit or over this would be a excellent choice.
After 0.10 (which is above the legal limit to drive anyways) it gets inaccurate. The higher you are the more inaccurate it is, for example in reality you may be a 0.12 but on this you will blow a 0.14 and so on. If you care about this for some reason since it is over the limit anyways, you can get it re-calibrated from the company for I think $20, but it is perfectly fine and accurate to use as is up to 0.10 anyways so you probably won't care. I just want a new model and have no use for two of these lol.
This model usually runs between $80-100 new, which is why I have my price set accordingly.
