I say drop that cash into my hands and this will give you some weight reduction headers, cam then save for a adjustable torque arm and lower control arms to help you hook!!! BTW don't forget tuning with your header and cam upgrades

are you going to streetrace or race at the track? cause if your going to race at a track Nitto's are a waste of time get some ET streets 26x11.5x16 and a big boy cam(T-rex, G5X2, M2).thats about $1200 bucks and you should drop from the 13.0's you probably do now to about 12.0's.

i dont want a cam right now im not going to break into such a fresh motor(25000miles)im trading my bent up ws6 wheels for $300 and 4 16" camaro rims. then im looking for someone to buy a McCleod SDK clutch, its new in the box. honestly i bought for no reason at all,my clutch slipped on day when i revved it and dropped it going 20mph, so i bought a new one and never put it in. i think im just going to save for a 12 bolt with 4.11 and in the mean time ill put ET streets on the 16's and see how lng my 10 bolt holds up!hey, what size ET streets for the rims 26x10.5x16 or 26x11.5x16?

i would keep that clutch, because once you start putting those kind of mods on your car and getting it that traction with those tires, you'll gonna need it real quick IMO.

Stock, mine ran like a 13.67 @ 103, I added the suncoast ram air and pacesetter LT's with an ORY and dropped to a 13 flat @ 108 something (actually in my sig. is what i added). And this is on a 255 35 17" tire as well. (60' time was almost identacle) (only have 17+8" rims). But yea, get some headers man! youll like the power!
Or like they mentioned above... You can get a very nice cam kit for a little less than that but you might have to install it yourself to stay under the 1200 dollar mark (or go to some performance shop, ive gotten guotes for a complete install for cam and all valve train for under 1200) . I think ls1howto or installuniversity or the camaro website has a really nice write up on the cam install and matter of fact on the header install too. Your choice, either way you cant go wrong. I wouldnt get tires until you can REALLY feel the tires slip and get sideways.. Anyway, all good. later.
Nitro Daves in I think waco does some bad *** cam installs. Dont have website. Find the number and give him a call. He is real cool and some of the guys from S.A. Have spent the day up there and they all talk highly up him.
