Here is an intro into the new Huron Speed Single Turbo, truck manifold kit for 98-02 LS1 cars. This special is for the normal kit, PLUS turbo, waste gate, and BOV!

Many of you may recognize the user name as I have been a member on here for many years as an enthusiast. Same guy, just branching off doing what I enjoy! If you have any questions, that is what this thread is for, thanks!

This kit is MUCH more complete than your run of the mill Truck Manifold kit. Comes with the complete hot-side, cold-side, all couplers, clamps, brackets, flanges, gaskets, etc as you can see from the picture! Kit includes all components to run either the 38mm or 44mm Wastegate, as well as to run a MAF or not!
All piping is made from 321 Stainless, yes 321!


Components:

-2.5" crossover with T4 flange and 38mm Wastegate Flange, dump to atmosphere

-38mm-44mm Wastegate Adapter Flange

-3" Downpipe with 3" V-Band flange (3" V-band on exhaust end also for easy to add on more exhaust)

-3" Cold side piping from turbo to FMIC to Throttle Body

-MAF Delete pipe

-50mm Blow-Off Valve Flange on Cold side piping

-4" core front mount Intercooler

-All exact, specific couplers

-Extra exact couplers to run or not run the MAF Delete

-All exact, specific T-Bolt clamps

-All gaskets

-F-body front mount intercoolers brackets w/ bolts

-F-body alternator relocation brackets

PLUS Turbo, WG, and BOV
-ON3 76mm, .96 ar Turbo
-XSPower 38mm wastegate
-XSPower 50mm BOV



All piping made from 321 stainless steel, fully polished.

INCLUDES ON3 76mm Turbo, 38mm Wastegate, 50mm BOV

REQUIRES Oil Lines, and Truck Manifolds to complete

Being a truck manifold kit, you will lose your A/C

Will require removal or lowering of front sway bar

Kit retains factory radiator in factory position, just need to add pusher fans


Kits include what you see in this picture below, plus the turbo, gate, and BOV!



Note: Kit's come with BLACK silicone couplers, not the blue you see on the installed vehicle.

Is on3 chinese? Or are they in the states? Killer deal if its American. Looks super clean.

In all honesty I am not 100% sure. I think they are Chinese, but in any event I haven't heard a single bad report about them! I can also do kits with a turbonetics TC76 or 78 or even a Precision unit as well if interested, but cost will be higher of course

The turbo sits pretty low. Are there any problems with it draining?

How much room does it leave for the DP? and Im guessing factory fans wont fit? Besides that it looks like a hell of a deal. Good job

I am not completely sure what you mean by room for the down pipe. The down pipe is included, is 3" and fits just fine and clears all with the factory K-member. If you are running an aftermarket K-member you will have more space and could certainly run a larger down pipe, but everything is made to fit around the stock K-member

Stock fans need to be replaced for some pusher fans as the factory fans take up some prime real estate where the turbo is!

I'm new the forced induction scene and i am making plans on going turbo. these type of kits is what i was looking for. my question is i would like to keep my a/c since I'm going to live in AZ. So what I've read i can use a 6.0L header on one side to keep the a/c. may i still use it on this kit so i keep my a/c? I'm sure that'll just thow off all the piping on that side huh?

Yea, this kit is to run with truck manifolds..... which require losing the AC. You can keep AC by running a different set-up on the passenger side, but that would require a whole new hot side built around it.
