Stereo & Electronics - Dealer code to fix the LOC issue on my radio

I got a new battery and when it was connected, the radio shows LOC. I was able to get the code off the radio, but other forums say I have to call an 800# to get a new code to unlock my radio or take it to a dealer. I've searched forums and keep getting dealer codes from a few years ago and they don't work. Can anyone help, please? Thanks in advance!!! :usa:
