on a new, just broken-in engine with boost, what are normal acceptable leakdown numbers?

On a fresh motor with the rings seated properly 3-4%, couple more if the ring gaps are setup large for boost, with gapless rings you can see less than that.

It's important that they are all consistant. If most are 3-4 and one is 8%, you have bad rings on one.
