98 z28 vert thrown rod build Hey Hows it going people?
I would like to start off by saying thanks for participating in helping out this site, its my second online home....
I bought this car with a locked up engine for cheap
i have a disassembled ls1 that i tore apart, rebuilding it with ya know, all the goodies, arp bolts, clevite bearing, and so on...
well I have a 5.3 vortec also out of a 05 i believe, the engine in the convertible is untouched everything is there....
i start my 2nd job monday, and is it possible for about just 2 weeks until i finish this other block to use the 5.3 vortec but swap everything over, all the accessories use the same wire ls1 harness, pretty much just swapping short blocks.....
