Chevrolet Camaro 1967-2002 - Funny Mustang Story

I valet in Boston and today a guy pulled up to the restaurant in a 2010 Mustang GT. Exhaust, lowered, wheels. Didn't sound like anything crazy. So joking with the guy, I say to him as he gets out, "I've got a camaro out back you wanna race?". He looks at me disgusted with what I just said and says "this is putting out 550hp" and walks inside. Later on when I brought his car around he didn't even tip me so I must of really pissed him off or he was just your typical d-bag mustang owner.

I would be pissy too if I had a Mustang with a 4.6 and not the 5.0.

my best friend owns a fox body with heads and a cam and it is a really close race everytime, but we still talk alot of BS to the other, i just like to piss him off sometims:)

seems to be true about most mustangs....they make lots of noise, but can barely get out of their own way....every now and then, however, you'll run across one that will surprise you.

Must of been beaten too many times by f-bodys. D-bag move not tipping especially when its another car guy.

Man dont feel bad, I was a long time Mustang owner, cheap/fast... always wanted a F-Body SS, I got one and love it... in saying so, I was messing with a guy in a new 5.0 going down the road, he couldnt get away from me, he was suprised, but he was telling all his buddies he blew me away and stuff. Im like really? Your story reminds me of that. Its embarassing to say I ever was apart of that mustang group. Seems like when you own a mustang you have no one to have your back, you not only have to race every camaro and bird that comes your way, you also have all the other stang drivers wanting to prove their stang is faster. At least the Camaro world, your more of a big family, like owning a Corvette.. Piss on those shitty Fords, Pull those superchargers off and they turn into a Crown Vic. Put a supercharger on ours and they turn into Carrol Shelbys nightmares. :gtfo:

The reality is that guy is a douche bag regardless of what he was driving.

Even if the car made 550 hp, 700 hp, 800 hp, etc. one would need to be awfully self-assured to make that comment and then be too much of a tight-a$$ to not tip.
