Which Adam's Products
I just bought a WS6 and hope to wash it for the first time soon. The spring looks like it is around the corner.
I have done my homework on this website, and I think Adam's is worth the investment. I think Zaino is very good as well.
In an effort to save money, which products do you guys think are a must?
I think I need to buy the car shampoo and the spray detailer.
I also think the polish kit (swirl remover, revive polish, buttery wax) makes sense.

I think buying everything in the interior kit except the carpet cleaner is probably worth it.
i think doing a two bucket wash, and i'm gonna look around to see if i can find the buckets with grit guards cheaper. any suggestions?
I was also thinking I could buy the sponges, drying towels, applicators from other sources. Are the adam's products in this category that much better?
i'm sure the adam's quality is better for everything, but i'm also trying to decide where my money will go further.
I'm happy for Dylan to chime in, maybe there is a kit that I overlooked.
Also, I'm pretty busy on the weekends, and I would love to buy a Flex or PC but I'm worried about damaging the paint more than helping. Secondly, i'm not sure it will make the car wash/detail any faster. Is the improvement in shine/gloss/depth worth it? That's probably opinion. If it takes longer, than I just can't do it.
Lastly, what type of leaf blower do you guys use to help dry the car? What about vacuum for the interior?
thanks

how much did you guys spend on the PC? around 120?
does it make the polish/wax job faster?
How do you account for all the grooves (ie between the ram air ducts on the hood)?
thanks

If I was in your shoes and starting from scratch, I'd go with something like this... These are some products I really like and would suggest.
Griots Garage Polisher (Supposed to be better than the PC 7424XP)
LC 5.5" flat pads (5 Orange, 5 White, 2 Black to start)
LC CCS 4" Spot Buff pads (2 Orange, 2 White, 2 Red to start - Also need a backing plate for the smaller pads)
M105/M205 combo or Menzerna SIP/106FA combo (Your choice)
Foam Cannon
Optimum no rinse (For maintenance washes)
Chemical Guys V7 (Quick Detail)
Chemical Guys Citrus Wash
Cobra Microfiber Starter Kit/Cobra Wash Mitt
(2) Five Gallon Home Depot Buckets - W/ 2 grit guards
IronX
Clay Kit
DP Interior Cleaner/Interior Protectant
Blackfire Wet Diamond
Zaino Leather Products (Z9 and Z10 I believe)....If applicable obv.
Don't let the long list of products scare you. These are just some products very well liked and ones that I have tried and would suggest. Check out autogeek.net to check out their different packages, you can get a decent starter kit for fairly cheap.
