Eastern Members - FINISHED MY 12 WEEK BULK = 232lbs!!!
Finished up my 12 week Bulk...
Went from 215 to 232lbs
I put on alittle bit of fat but not too bad...
I started a CORE ROUTINE + I DO (30SEC JUMP ROPE/30SEC REST) between excersizes...
I am also doing 3 days of HIIT cardio on top of this routine.
Going to monitor my weight every 2 weeks
Looking to take off 1.5lbs a week for 10 weeks...
JUNE 1st I will be 215lbs :D

That's insane good job l... Are you using any additives? And what's your diet plan like ?
I use supplements all natural....
Yes my plan is back and forth 230ish and back to 215...
I wanna do this for 3 more yrs...
Then I hope to be a solid 215 at 50yrs old and will just continue to train :)
U can find my diet on here..
Its strict when I am cutting (100g of carbs a day)
I keep protien high (275g to 300g)
I keep fats around 50g cutting
HIIT TRAINING ROUTINE CUTTING BOTH WITH WEIGHTS AND CARDIO
BULK I EAT CLEAN MOST DAY (5) AND CHEAT (2) BUT I EAT LIKE A HORSE WHEN I AM BULKING
3500 calories a day and lift HEAVY :)

What does "eat clean" mean? Is it supposed to be the same for everyone? 'cause I hear people say it at my gym all the time, and they usually follow up with some sort of food that contains any amount of glucose and/or fructose. I would like to get bigger myself, but don't want to add to my adipose tissue...

Thats awesome man. Good Job. I'm trying to bulk right now too. I'm a big time hardgainer though, so its pretty tough to put weight on. Right now I'm at 187 shooting for 200, but coming from 168 im pretty happy.

Congrats Joel... How tall are you? I thought you were in the 6-2 to 6-3 range, but my memory is sipping with age these days.
6ft 2 but shrinking every yr, I think I am like 6FT 1 now....AHAHAHAHAHA :)
One things for sure I WILL have another RAM AIR CAR

Great work!!! I used to do the bulk thing 5 years ago and never really liked losing definition. I would just stay at your 215 and hit it hard with the weights. I am 235 pretty consistently 8% bf at 6'4. I just lift heavy and superset 5 days road bike 2-3 days.
