5 Liter Eater

Swapped an LQ4 into my '05 vette along with twin turbos. Its a Z51 so it's got an oil cooler that runs right along side the driver side turbo so I don't think it's going to do much cooling and I want to delete it so I just need the block off/crossover plate that goes above the oil filter and I'm having trouble locating the part number.

Here is the stock part, I want one without the lines attached.
