Default new 1/8th mile best but having problems!!

took the t/a out to the 1/8th mile track this weekend previous best on motor was a 8.1@86 1.8 with 4l60e ss3600 and the rest of the bolt ons on nittos

this time out the car ran a best of 7.7@92.5 with 1.9 60ft spinning on launch
with 100 shot and th350 fti 3600 stall everything eles the same but the car feels like it stops pulling and breaking up at anything over 5000rpm
if anyone has any info why the car would do this lets me know thanks heres a couple vids

One thing you need to do is get out of the water when you do your burnout. That will help with some traction issues.

If it's breaking up in the uppers I would double check plugs and wires first then if the valve springs have been in very long I would double check them for pressure.

I've seen tons of stock cars trap 85-86 in the 1/8th.. i figure you should be closer to 88-89 on motor and 96+ on a 100 shot. You might want to double check everything on the car, and look over the tune as well.

I've got my set of stock fronts if your interested.

Also be careful of the lowest hole, I've found keeping the LCAs just a few degrees down is the best, if not you'll hit the tires to hard and just spin.
