I'm building a 408 with TEA L92 heads and stock L92 valves, it has pac .650 lift double springs (not sure of part #), it has morrel 5206 link bar lifters, and the cam is prolly going to be around the 23x duration 62x/63x lift range. I'm wanting to turn it to around 6800 and planning on putting at least a 150 shot on it. Now my question is do you think the stock L92 valves will be alright because I have heard some stories of them breaking or should I go with ss valves(I don't mind a little heavier valve for the peace of mind).

Id go with the lightest strongest valve possible. A light and strong valvetrain is a stable one. Im sure some stock hollow stem ls3 valves will work nicely.

I like the LS3 intakes. The exhaust valve I like Fererra over the stock L92 or LS3
