Default Nitrous to Turbo Help

**Modified this post since it may be more than just the cam**

Single 76 Turbo.

Here is what I was planning to do with the LQ4 block i just purchased (I was going to pull most of the stuff of my built nitrous LS6 motor) CR was 11:1 but was hoping with a thicker head gasket and dished pistons instead of my flat tops it would lower it. I suppose I could sell my heads/cam and just get a more turbo friendly one but was trying to save as much money as i can since I still have to get the BMR K member and new rear.

I was going to use a stock lQ4 crank
Forged pistons/rods (-30 Dished maybe?)
The Comp Cam G5X3-114 LSA I already have
My heads ported/milled heads (59cc)
ARP mains, rods, and head bolts/studs
LS9 Head Gasket
Firmer Valve springs
GM LS7 Lifters
Piston Rings
I'll probably sell my stock and 46# injectors for better ones

any suggestions are encouraged

The turbo kit on the Vette was a whole package deal, I am not used to having to peice mill it all together lol.

eh, its worth swapping out with a higher LSA in my opinion

my friends 6.0, s475, 243 heads setup with a 224/224/ 112lsa makes only 15rwhp per PSI of boost at 14lbs

and my

4.8l ZR1 cam stock headed (862) car makes 20rwhp per lb with a gt45 68mm

The compression you are going to have with the 59cc heads probably isn't going to be very boost friendly depending on what the thickness of the head gasket you are going to use. Also are you going to be going turbo or supercharger?
