LS4 Performance - I Got a new car!!

Overall its a great car, I like how it looks, how smooth it drives, and the huge 8.4" touch screen radio. Stock for stock I think the charger is faster but only by a slight margin and thats with a 370hp and 395lb-ft Hemi, its just too fat.
I plan on lightly modding it with a Mopar CAI, a tune, and a cutout. Im getting tints tomorrow, 4500k HIDs for the fogs to match the headlights are on thier way, and maybe some 22" rims later. Which ones do you guys like?

VERY NICE MAN! Good color choice also. I'm really digging the gloss black vipers, white cars with black rims look fantastic. IMO. BTW the new GXP looks great next to my Camaro.

Please don't buy chrome wheels! Gloss black Viper wheels FTW! I have gloss black C4 ZR1 wheels on my white 99 T/A and I'm very happy with them.

Nice car! I love the interior on those. Not to mention it has some cues from the 70 charger (the tail lights, the hood and door scallops.) enjoy it my friend. Also go with the viper wheels. Always liked those on the chargers

George, US131 Dragstrip is only 5 miles from the house so, I'm hoping to get them both over this spring.

cuz at 40k miles my tranny went , my warranty expires in june , and want to go rear biased awd for cleveland weather .. this car has had too many issues in the past 66k miles i owned it.. wheel bearings, 3 sets of tires, intermediate steering shaft is starting to go oil consumption fuel economy issues... . not much resale value its just that time...

What'd you expect those things have 400+ hp and are around 3600 lbs or something like that. You win some and lose some but as long as you had fun thats all that matters.

Amen to that! Gotta be careful though. I ran into one when i had my impala and it beat me by like 6 car lengths and im not even exaggerating. I'm not against cars that arent American Muscle at all, but I just don't get why you would spend like 25-30k on mods for a damn Honda Civic. They sound like crap and just about every Honda driver i know are douche bags who worships Honda. To each its own but at the same time a Honda though? If i spent the same amount of money on mods just like the honda driver, im not going to be messed with at all. But you cant tell them that though. They always ruffle my feathers hahahahaha

True, and I agree with you, but it's their money and time. Everytime I see one I refuse to play. If I am going to get my right foot more involved, it's going to be for something other than a glorified lawn mower.
