The 01 white WS6 has 50k miles on it and looks like about an 8 out of 10 on the body and interior. Still very clean but a small amount of wear.
On the other hand the ....
01 pewter TA has 43K miles on it and I give it a 9.8 out of 10. Has only 2 owners and is garage kept for the last 4 years.
Both cars are going for 14K..... What should I buy?!?!?!?

...along with a lot more details. A4 or M6?? What's your preference? How many owners on the first one? Titles OK? Carfax issues? The miles sure are low but what does each car need? For us to give you an honest opinion with such limited info is impossible and would be possibly doing you more harm than good.

Thank you for pointing all of that out, I went to check out the carfax and found that my option of the white TA was not as it looked, so I have now decided to go with the Pweter 2001 Trans Am WS6, A4, and the only thing that I need to update will be the speakers. They crack because that are eleven years old. =D Thanks again!

OK, best of luck. Speakers are nothing. If that is the worst thing you can find, then go for it. Always offer less for the car. Sellers expect an offer. If the car is $14,000, offer what you feel comfortable with. Use the speakers as a negotiating tool. I'm sure you can 'nitpick' on something else too. Look hard. It will help. If cash in hand, offer $12,600 (10% off) - $13,000 and see if he let's you walk away. It will not be an insulting offer.

Well He was looking for 15,500.00 and I was able to talk him into 14,000.00 So I feel that I was able to get a good deal... Would you agree?

I think thats a very honest deal considering how clean it appears

OK, I see you negotiated already. That $15,500 would have been close to retail, like Publix prices. LOL!! The $14,000 'agreed on' price sounds OK to me as well. For 'private party' it is definitely in the ballpark. Even if $500 - $1,000 off either way, it isn't worth worrying about if the car is exactly what you want, and doesn't need anything besides those speakers. If you end up quickly needing tires, brakes or other things then it was a tad high.

Going to pick up the car tomorrow, so thank you guys for the advice so much. :)
