Default where to put a tachometer

I am taking out the ls1 and putting in a built ls3 429. I am going to be shifting over 7k rpm. The stock tach only goes to 7k. I dont want a big tach on the dash! My question is where can i put a tach? Do they make any for the pillar pods? Post pics of your tach in your car. Where can i put one? Rather keep it in the pillar pod or in the gauge cluster.

What im thinking is do wideband in one pillar spot then water temp in another. Then try to maybe mount a 4 inch tach to the side. I dont want to drill into the dash or steering wheel column. Any pics of that?

Why not just get a shift light if you want to be discrete?
