Default Procharger Truck Inlet Issues

Hey guys. How does everyones truck inlet fit in relation to the fan shroud and radiator support? I've got an f1-a head unit on my 02 ws6 and literally had to force the truck hat into position on the blower. It pushes the fan shroud all the way into the radiator and also hits the bottom radiator support. At this point im going to have to cut the shroud and clearance the support as well to get pressure off of it.

Also, the filter looks like it will sit too low and about half of the filter will be exposed under the car. Looks like the splash shield and maybe the edge of the bumper cover where it meets the splash shield will have to be cut. I can't move the inlet tube any higher because it will hit the intercooler piping and it wont fit above it even with the cruise control relocated. Anybody else run into these issues? Thanks in advance.

Is the F1 dimensionally larger than a D1? My truck inlet fit snugly, but it wasn't forcing anything out of the way. I also left the splash shield off, but that's because I hadn't relocated the traction control box. I have since relocated it thanks to an empty engine bay.

According to Bob the f1a is only .38" longer than a d1sc. Did your filter sit behind that open hole in the bumper cover under the driver side running light/turn signal? I just finished cutting the shroud and radiator support. Kinda sucks but it had to be done to fit properly on the blower. Your car looks great btw.

Yes, the filter sat right there. I'm hoping to raise it a little after moving the traction control box.

As long as the filter doesn't sit below the bottom of the bumper cover im ok with it. I was worried that the filter would hang below it. Did yours rest on the lip of the bumper cover where the splash guard bolts to it?

Here's how mine looked...

I relocated the traction control box, so it should raise the filter a go 2-3" I'm hoping.

No problem, I just need to figure out exactly where I'm going to mount the traction control box now.

I thought that was the cruise control box on the driver side frame rail? Anyway I've seen alot of people mount them forward on the frame rail. I couldn't do that because alky control pump is mounted there. Or you could delete it all together. I didn't want to delete anything so that wasn't an option for me.
