The snake is in Splendora, and the spider is at Lake Livingston.

looks like a rat snake, do you have a pic of the head?... not sure on the spider though

That looks like a rat snake. They aren't venomous.

Looks like a rat snake to me too. Have to see the head. May be a bull snake. Google is your friend!

That is a cobweb spider. I have several of them in my shop. I leave them alone, because they seem to run off/kill most of the other spiders.

99% sure its a rat snake, non venomous. shouldnt have killed it for the same reason i wouldnt kill the spider.

they eat the things youd much rather not have around. and arent going to hurt you.
