ac delco fuel filters the factory manual calls for gf578 the one that came off the car is a gf627
changed it with the one the manual calls for car has extended crank did not do this before any ideas have not checked fuel pressure yet it starts after i atempt to crank twice

Not sure about the ac delco but I did one a couple weeks ago and used a carquest fuel filter with no problems. From what I understand, the carquest filters are made by wix.
