Default Heads and Cam C5, stock intake?????

Just did PRC 2.5's, MS4 cam, Dual springs, 160 stat, 3600 stall. I need a intake. Im still running stock LS1 intake with a stock throttle body. Ive read the debates, I know the prices, what would be the best intake for this set up? Ive been eyeing the fast 102 with a 90mm tb. I might get better heads down the road but i know that the intake is a HUGE restriction at this point. Opinions are welcome

Best intake: FAST 102/102 IMHO.

If you have the money, throw a 102/102 combo on there, and be done with it, especially if you have bigger plans further down the road. An LS6 intake definitly wouldnt hurt you though, and you can run a ported stock TB for the time being if you wanted to go that route.

+1

However, I personally think that the LS6 intake would be your best bet if you don't feel like forking over all that money for a FAST. I've seen people with LS6 intakes putting down some pretty impressive numbers.

Im leaning in that direction. I heard the 102tb is a bad idea, hard to tune with and not worth the extra 2-3 hp. i thought about the ls6, but wanted to run a ls2 tb. There is a company that modifies the ls6 to accept a 90mm tb but its almost 800.00 i can just buy the fast for that. PP96 anyone? Throwing it out there.....

You can get a Fast 78 for just a little bit more then the LS6 intake and then all you have to do is open it up and put on a 85mm TB.
