I just had my 4l60e built 3 years ago. I need help finding a 4l60e that would fit a 2000 z28. I blew out 3rd and 4th gear and i need a fast patch job to get me from Colorado to Utah since i'm moving in two weeks. So I've looked all over and can't find anything but a 98 to 03 Tahoe 2 wheel drive that would work? Is there any other 4l60e's that i could use from another car or truck? I'm just needing to go cheap so i'm looking at junk yard transmission or a super cheap rebuild kit under 150 bucks. But i would rather go junk yard i only need to get to Utah then i'm doing a t56 swap out there.

if your gonna do a T56 swap I would def just go pick up a junk yard 4l60e just to get you by, thats what I would do at least

then again i do not know that much about transmissions so i wish i could help more then just give you support. i would recommend reposting this in the 4l60e section to get more views from guys who know their ****, im not hating cause your in the wrong section im just trying to help you.
