What kind of paint did you put down that it started peeling?

I plan to do one of the "DIY" Epoxy flooring kits this summer.

Damn ... very good to know because that was the route I was going to go! Do you recall which kit it was or was it just "garage floor paint"?

Home Depo product is sold as just garage floor paint and it tells you to buy celaner/stripper to put down first.

I put the cleaner down and a few days later painted the floor..... within a week it was peeling like an orange....

They also sell the Rust-Oleum Epoxy Shield Professional Floor Coating Kit which is what I was going to try .... it is a 2-part Epoxy. They also sell BEHR 1-Part Epoxy Acrylic Concrete & Garage Floor Paint and a Rust-Oleum 1-Part Epoxy Concrete Floor Paint, but 1-part Epoxy paints don't seem to have the adhesion as a 2-part Epoxy.

x2 on Garage Journal. On there about as much as here. They've got a whole section of their forum dedicated to flooring options and experiences.
