Default To buy or not to buy new TB?

I am debating whether or not i should get a bigger tb? I installed an LS6 intake a few months ago and thought about getting a bigger tb but, i decided to hold off. I will be installing ported 243's and Futral's F13 in about a month and i'm thinking i definitely need to do something with the tb at that point. Should i get a bigger tb? If so, what size? Brand? Or should i just get the stock tb ported polished? Thanks for the help.

I vote for a Shaner S3. Hands down..... hands down, the best P&P throttle body money can buy.

Having a larger TB opening (80-85-90) isn't going to do anything for you. The runners themselves only take in so much air.

Thanks for the input. I have looked at the shaner throttle bodies and they look like quality work. I may just go that route.

I ran the s3 for years! Real quality piece. It was a god damn piece of art and worth a couple h.p. over stock. Only reason I upgrade was because I switched to the fast intake.
