Default procharger kit completion

I just recently bought a used p1sc from ebay, head unit only. My question is or what I would like is a list of everything else I would need to compete the kit and install. I will most likely buy from brute speed all the parts I need and would like to run the 8 rib pulleys. Looking to run 500-550rwhp. Also does everything bolt up without modification or do I have to relocate parts? Thanks.

you need the fan shroud and single fan , deffy get the 8 rib setup and look for a used intercooler setup for it . usually a 3.5 inch one is floating around .

I'm going to most likely get a frontmount intercooler from ebay and cut my piping up...so the besides the fan, nothing else needs to be moved? Thanks for the reply.

Crusise relocation and Air pump relocation braket might be needed might not. Depends how you run yours pipes.

If you build your own cold side all you will need is the braket and pulleys. then a fuel system and tune

Thanks, I had looked on brute speed site and found everything, just wasn't sure what all I needed. Tension pulley blower pulley crank pulley...and pinning kit? Fan, fuel pump 60lbs injectors, maybe spark plugs....if I went with the twin 4.5 coolers would I need the cruise and pump relocated? Just trying to peice everything as cheap as possible Haha, got the p1sc for $1050, hopefully it works. (Ebay)

My car is a 00 ws6, my lt1 caught fire and went out the next day found a ws6 at a dealership... Ls6 block, lts, slp exhaust, slp lid, 23x/23x 112 lsa... not sure about the heads, I found a bunch of thunder racing receipts in the car when I bought it... Lucky buy for me.

Do not buy the twins. you can get the cx racing front mount and avoid having to use the plenum up top (merge) and you will have better IAT's. twins are ok, but why spend more and get less.

Is there anyone that sells a whole bracket and pulley kit that includes everything to get the procharger bolted and spinning? Or do I have to buy all those separately.

Talk to Bob at Brutespeed. He's pretty easy to get a hold of from what I've heard.

yeah bob is indeed all he is cracked up to be. ....but getting back to the build....if you can go ahead and splurge on the aster bracket, you will really be a step ahead. Its worth it though from what I have encountered.

The things you need though

The headunit with a blower pulley
the Damper and Pulley and bolts
Crank Pinning Kit for 8 rib setups.
The Bracket
The belt
The piping
Blow off Valve
Fuel Injectors & Fuel Pumps
Tune
Relocation bracket for the horn and Just take the air pump off and chuck it.
The intercooler
Couplers and T bolt clamps
The filter
Intake hat
Procharger Oil.
Gauges, Fuel Pressure, 02 wideband, and boost

Not in that order obviously but that is what comes to mind. It looks like alot more than it is really. Took me 9 hours my first time at nite after I got off work all in all, taking my sweetass happy time. I could prob do it in half that now. Nothing like hearing that whistle set in when you first turn it on. I realise I had flutter, I had yet to tap a vacuum source for the Big Red Race Valve. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zQ5iBw8qTY

That sound is to die for, turbos sound badass but something about the prochargers I just love, it just screams muscle car imo

yeah a big cam can have overlap and have boost leakage. i have a friend running a tsp torquer v3 with no issues, i was running a 228r with .588/.588 and 228/228. and it was a darn good cam, but i am going with bobs cam now. already sold the 228r. great all around cam though. prob my second fav cam in existence. you can get away with that cam....the 112 lsa is not ideal for boost, as it likes a higher lsa such as 114-116. that cam is def not the worst one you could have had. it just depends on your funds. you could always sell it and just sell some **** on ebay and get bobs cam. $389.00

Cool deal, I guess ill leave it in for now and change it if I cant reliably hit my power goal. Once I go forged I don't see myself wanting past 650 or so. Thanks for the advice
