How can I be notified when someone post on my thread?
Upper right hand corner "Thread Tools" subscribe to this thread.

The above suggestion is manually required whenever you want notification for a thread you started or participated in. Alternatively, you can automatically be subscribed to a thread you started or participated in by doing the following:
1) Go to UserCP http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/usercp.php
2) Edit Options: http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions
3) Under "Messaging & Notification" section, set "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to "Instant Email Notification".
4) Scroll down to bottom of page and click on Save Changes button
