01 ss camaro with a vig3600 stall,texas speed 228cam,410 gears,ported243 heads,longtube headers,ory,underdrive pulley,a tune,bmr torque arm,and lca,relocation brackets,ported throttle body,and all the free mods.

where do you live? da has a ton to do with what your going to run.

With everything listed I don't see why you shouldn't make it into mid to high 11s. Somewhere between 11.6-11.9 depending on the DA is my guess.

Let us know what you run, I'm looking at running the same heads and cam with a fast 102 at the end of the year, so your times would give me an estimate too.
