I wired this diagram using two Tyco 75AMP relays. Im running a Taurus Electric Fan([2 speed single fan]cannot take 12v high and 12v low simultaneously), Using factory Gen III PCM outputs. Does anyone know whats wrong/how i could fix the problem?

I've checked the wiring about 10 times now and it is wired like this and it does not seem to "work".

my relays didnt have "87A" and i assumed it was the same thing as "87"(wrongly?) - so the teal wire in the diagram goes from 87(with fan high) to 87 instead of 87A to 87. is this the culprit? if so how could i get around this having only 2 "4 pronged" relays?

What I am getting following the diagram above:
PCM LOW grounded only = [0v @ FAN LOW] [0v @ FAN HIGH]
PCM HIGH grounded only = [0v @ FAN LOW] [12v @ FAN HIGH]
PCM LOW & PCM HIGH grounded = [12v @ FAN LOW] [12v @ FAN HIGH]

What is needed:
PCM LOW grounded only = [12v @ FAN LOW] [0v @ FAN HIGH]
PCM HIGH grounded only = [0v @ FAN LOW] [0v @ FAN HIGH]
PCM LOW & PCM HIGH grounded = [0v @ FAN LOW] [12v @ FAN HIGH]

You need to get yourself a 5-prong relay. The 87 and 87A terminals do opposite functions. 87 is active only when the relay is energized (NO - Normally open) and 87A is active when the relay is at rest (NC - normally closed). Without using the NC terminal 87A, you aren't getting any pass through power from the fan high relay to the fan low relay.
