I absolutely love C5s and C6s. Hate the Corvette aftermarket tax though.

What about hoods, catbacks, etc... However I think if I had a C5 I'd run the Ti exhaust with that pipe mod to bypass the mufflers, I've seen that somewhere. Man now I want a C5.

If you have a Z use the stock catback, if you dont buy a used Z catback. I dont know alot of people with aftermarket hoods.

11.0 at 135 was my best at 2139 DA. It was all stock with an Si trim blower. I couldnt figure the launch and the stock clutch really limited me to a 1.8s 60ft. Thats one of the reason my new car has a built auto.

I was very stupid i got a dui which could have been avoided but my buddy that got back from the service did not ride in it since it was modded. I took him for a ride after having 9 beers. I know its was stupid but i really wanted to show him and i got caught. If i was not stupid i would still own it. It wont be till december 2013 that i get off high risk. I guess you live and learn. Oh yeah i even sold the ta.

Cool my z06 had a auto swap in it. I know people frown on that but it ran a 10.56@132 with a 2400 da all motor. It made 518rwhp and 467 rwtq at the time. The new guy that bought my car took it to a 1/8th and ran a 6.54 with a 1400 da compared to my 6.76 with a 2400 da he cut a 1.39 60ft which was very impressive.

I want to reach through the computer screen and slap you across the head. But I know the loss of the cars was bad enough and you learned your lesson.

Yeah i took a big hit on it. I sold it for 50k and i had a crap load invested only 6k miles. I had to get rid of it because the insurance and in nebraska you have to pay taxes on it every year and i was not about to do that. What pisses me off thou is the guy that bought it sold the engine and it putting an iron block in it with a 200 shot but they told me it was good for a 150 shot when i had it. O well sorry for high jacking the thread i just love these cars to.

Nah its okay man trust me i am just glad i didnt harm anyone. I have lived and learned. I was barely over the limit if that makes a difference. Drinking and driving is not a joking matter and dont do it anymore. It cost to much and its not worth it.
