10 Second Club - Got into the 10's my the Procharged G8, with some improvement left.

Well i finally have a 10 second car. 2 excuses first 60 foot sucks i was doing 1.61's last year there is a few tenths right there. and on the 3-4 it lagged and hit the limiter since i couldn't get it into 4th gear during the burnout(lame 6L80E ****) I'm thinking it can do 10.6-10.7's at 128-129 with some more time.Also Track is FRESH they just redid the WHOLE track and this was only the 2nd night of running on the new surface.
Looked at the log, it came out of the hole and for some reason maybe my foot moved it was 67% TPs until 7MPH. the 3-4 dipped to 59% and pulled 25* of timing when it banged the limiter as well.

As far as boost goes it was
1st gear saw a peak of 9.72psi
2nd was 10.15
3rd was 10.88 on the limiter

great job mr shanefap. those two runs were consistent too. im sure with some skinnies in the front, you will drop a couple more tenths. not sure if your looking for 9's, but sounds like its time for a 3.4 pulley.

What 2 runs were consistent? First pass was 19.4@59mph 2.03 60 foot on the limiter lol
2nd 11.6@125.5 2.08 60 banging the limiter on the 1-2 (spun)and 3-4
3rd pass left soft (didnt go wot until 13mph) 11.8@90 hit the brakes HARD at 113mph
4th pass was the 10.97

Currently its a 4.0 pulley :)

Hey man i saw your runs that things sweet. I was looking in the engine when it was in the parking lot when they stopped for 30 minutes its clean! Also what where those people yelling at you for in the grandstands when they stopped for whatever reason and you where in the staging lane?

11.5 and faster you need a rollbar.

o well i will get one good run down there i guess... or try to sneak in like 04blackgmc said lol. What will you need for low 10's i should make very close to 650 rwhp in a 02 bird

I think its a 6 point cage you would need for that et. My car should be low 11s this year and hopefully next year I will get a cage and go with a 10 point and I believe will cert to 8.50 hopeing that one day I will need it haha.

HAHA I just want a good chassis so hopefully one day, I can build a hell of a bullet and the car will be ready.
