I've got a Walbro #dumF20000169 and Corvette FPR napa part #3737 installed on my LS3 480. I hooked a FAST fuel pressure gauge up to the rail and it says I have a CONSTANT 80 psi at idle. Is this normal? Is it ok? Is it a bad regulator? What should I test?

NOT normal. Should be in the hi 50's range.
Check to see if you have issues with the return line off of the filter.

Pulled the return line off the regulator and it was flowing great. Pulled the sender that houses the return line (saddle bag tank) and fuel was flowing in there really good. Replaced the FPR and still have 80 psi. Pump is getting 13.5v at idle. Any other ideas?

Confirm your gauge is accurate.

I'm having the exact same issue right now. What did you find out?

Haven't messed with it. All my lines are strong enough to handle the pressure, so I just left it. I haven't double checked my gauge tho.

I have the same problem ... Its because I have 2 regulators now ,, the one in the tank and the corvette filter .. I am currently trying to find a non regulated fuel filter that will snap into the same fittings ...

The flow rate was properly adjusted whith a tune. It was rich at idle and lean up top.
I found it was my gauge that is reading incorrectly.
